Make your own homemade kombucha brew with our healthy organic SCOBY and Starter Tea. Our Kombucha SCOBY is an old heirloom originally from the Himalayas. It makes the most delicate effervescent (fizzy) kombucha, and although will get more tart in time, it never tastes vinegary.

Our cultures have never been frozen nor dehydrated which could lead to problems when resuscitated.
