Our Kombucha SCOBY is an old heirloom originally from the Himalayas. It makes the most delicate effervescent (fizzy) kombucha, and although will get more tart in time, it never tastes vinegary.

Our cultures have never been frozen nor dehydrated which could lead to problems when resuscitated.
What you will receive:
- One healthy Kombucha SCOBY approximately 3-4 inches in diameter and approximately ¼ inch thick, packed in approximately 1/2 cup of starter liquid (extra strong Kombucha tea).
- Instructions on how to brew your kombucha, and troubleshooting manual for your brewing success.
Please Note: The size, texture and colour of each SCOBY and Starter Tea will vary due to the fact that they are grown and crafted by Mother Nature.
