Spirit of Asia Culinary Workshops
w/Dinner Gatherings Learn how to make authentic Asian cuisine in these unique culinary workshops. These classes will explore a wide variety of Asian food preparations and cooking techniques, as well as how to make healthy and flavourful foods. Specific attention will be paid to Asian table-setting, eating practices and etiquette. Sessions will also focus on the individual history, geography and religions of the different Asian regions, and how these have influenced the many cuisines of Asia. Each workshop will culminate in a gourmet feast in which you will have the pleasure of enjoying the culinary fruits of your labour.
