Make your own homemade Jun brew with our healthy organic SCOBY and Starter Tea. Jun, is the champagne cousin of Kombucha. It is made with raw honey instead of sugar, and ferments much faster than Kombucha. This sparkling live drink is lighter in colour and more delicate in taste. Refreshingly effervescent, this fermented health tonic is full of live enzymes, acids and loads of B vitamins, all essential to a healthy microbiome.

Our Jun is lovingly brewed in high quality organic green tea, and carefully crafted, resulting in a balanced culture of yeasts and bacteria for a superior stock. If the Jun SCOBY and Starter Tea are well taken care of, this beneficial colony of microbes will reward you with good health for years to come.
Our cultures have never been frozen nor dehydrated which could lead to problems when resuscitated.
You cannot make a Jun SCOBY out of a Kombucha SCOBY.
